| Botticelli’s, in the heart of the centrally-located City of the Grand Bazaar, has earned its reputation for excellent food in an elegant ambience. New executive chef Wesley Boodhram, who has made a name for himself locally with his instinct for clean, clear taste, sophisticated simplicity and unusual combinations – look for the sapodilla in his salads – brought all his experience to bear in fashioning a new Botticelli’s menu that is almost as delightful to look at as it is to taste. Botticelli’s redesigned bill of fare uses the best of fresh local inputs and top-of-the-line imported ingredients to prepare a wide choice of excellent fine-dining dishes – and the wine list has been similarly overhauled and expanded, to allow happy pairing possibilities. Lunch has never been as elegant or as tasty at the Grand Bazaar – and dinner is even moreso! It’s easy to understand why so many people think of Botticelli’s first when planning weddings or their anniversaries, cocktail receptions, business functions and all kinds of significant events. Botticelli’s offers fine dining at its best in the ideal location for visitors and residents alike. |
